2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information where necessary and keep your credentials secure. Impersonation is prohibited. Users must meet applicable legal and app-store age requirements.
3. Respectful conduct
Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, privacy violations, spam, unlawful content and infringement of others’ rights are not permitted.
4. User content
You are responsible for content you choose to publish and must have the rights needed to share it. A limited technical license may be necessary to display content and operate requested features, subject to the final service design and terms.
5. Service management
Appropriate action may be taken to address abuse, violations or legal obligations, while respecting applicable rights and safeguards.
6. Optional purchases
Digital items or extras may be available. Current purchase details are displayed in the app and further information appears in the Purchases & Refunds policy.
7. Availability
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, incidents or updates. Continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
8. Liability and governing law
Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. The operator’s legal identity and governing law must be finalized before formal publication.
